Orca's choice. Military or political decision? [OPINION]

Negotiations are now to be conducted and a contract for the acquisition of 3 submarines is to be signed in the first half of 2026. The first of these is to be delivered to the Polish Navy as early as 2030. Before that, in 2027, we are to take possession of an old Swedish submarine, which will be a bridge solution (gap-filler) until the fresh units are acquired.
