Orban says who won the war. "The West must accept it"

Russia won the war and Ukraine lost it - stated Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Tuesday. He added that Europe should negociate the future of the continent with Russia. The politician besides criticised the actions of the European Union.
