Viktor Orban told Benjamin Netanjahu that "in Hungary they never waved the Hamas flag and they would never fly." He besides assured him that Hungary supports Israel's sovereignty and its right to self-defense. In turn, the Prime Minister of Israel considered the partnership with Budapest to be unprecedented.
