Newsmax Poland was published. What's in the document?

The Commissariaat voor de Media, the Dutch equivalent of the National Broadcasting and Broadcasting Council, has published a licence to broadcast the tv channel Newsmax Polska. The regulator besides agreed to exempt the station from the Dutch or Frisian-speaking production ceiling required in the country, as the channel will fight for Polish viewers.
