One point is to destruct the Church Fund. Among the 100 concrete promises of the KO, the liquidation of the Church Fund is ranked 17th. On the website 100kretow.pl, a separate page was created called "Swieckiej State". After clicking on the first mentioned request, it is the 1 concerning the liquidation of the Church Fund. Besides, we will find 3 another promises:
lack of a spiritual evaluation on the school certificate;
Religion in schools only for the first or last lesson (not to make a “cover” during the course of classes to students who do not attend this subject);
The ban on public backing of the activities of the diocese, parish, etc., excluding humanitarian activities.
The allocation of state money to the Church Fund has been very emotional for years. Controversy is fueled by the fact that yearly expenditure on this intent has increased.
The opposition may be consistent
In this respect, the organization should find a common language with the fresh Left, who besides promised akin actions during the election campaign.
"We will destruct the financial and taxation privileges of the clergy, including the Church Fund. We will end the transfer of real property to churches free of charge or at no cost. We will remove the exceptions to the ban on the acquisition of agricultural land that are established for churches. We will introduce a request to evidence the gross of churches and spiritual unions" – that was the assurance of the fresh Left.
In his pre-election speeches, Simon Holovnia besides announced steps to separate the Church from the state.
No more rallying under the cloak of sermons. adequate guidance given by politicians in sutannas. adequate rowing around religion at school! adequate demolition of the state and church institutions in the name of organization interests. Immediately after the election, the church and the state take their seats.

What is the Church Fund?
The Church Fund, established in 1950 as a form of compensation for confiscated church property, did not fulfil its function until 1989. In accordance with the rule of equality of churches entered in the 1997 Constitution, it concerns all registered spiritual unions in Poland. alternatively of being financed by income from the acquired property, it is maintained from the state budget.
If the Church Fund were to be liquidated, the pensions of elder clergy would depend only on the contributions they would make. For some, these could be tiny amounts, which is the same as for many average citizens.
The closure of the fund will surely face strong opposition from the clergy. It is from him that clergy contributions are financed, as well as the renovation of churches and spiritual facilities.
