Can you truly buy anyone, and for what?
I was informed yesterday – although I heard that “the net has been talking about it for a fewer days now”? – that Piotr Korczarowski, until late hennalist Grzegorz “the happiness of God” Braun (from kneeling before Mary Queen of Poland and miracles on Polish dirt with her participation) intends to fight in a cage, in a pseudo-MMA gala, with some, as it is said, a “man” dressed as a woman, or more specifically as a debauchery whore. These colorful monsters are called “drag queen”, and the show itself, referred to as the freak fighting gala PRIME MMA, is simply a kind of pathological event following the pattern of ancient gladiatorial games, mixed with exhaled bachanals. All of this, according to the spirit of time and current consumer tastes, takes the form of cabaret-burlesque, kitschy events, only by a degree or 2 higher than smoke in the municipality of Podwarszawska, Podlasie or Podkarpackie firehouse.

For starters, I took it as a joke. However, as I thought about it, it was before I saw the appropriate “films” announcing the duel of “exKoronaherold” by Piotr Korczarowski of “drag queen” by Mariusz “Jaga” Ząbkowski, that I concluded that it had to end this way, and that unfortunately I predicted specified a “development of the career” by Piotrek.
I compose this without any satisfaction or even any sadness, for I have known Peter for 26 years. He's a fewer years younger than my son, so I treated him a small fatherly years ago. However, I have never tried to become his father, Eugeniusz Korczarowski, for me Married, whom I besides met and I think we even liked each other. Piotrka always, a small bit in "father", but I treated as a younger generation a colleague whom I helped in his ambitious plans respective times, respective times I offered him joint reporter-journalist expeditions to the East: Belarus, pre-maidan Ukraine – including Crimea and Transnistria. erstwhile Piotrek defended his master's thesis devoted to the image of Alexander Lukashenko in Western media, I, seeing the possible of Piotrek, offered him and enabled him to proceed his studies, in a journalistic specialty at the University of Minsk or Grodno. He refused then.
At 1 point in his career, I besides reacted a small "after a father" to his inappropriate behavior, which was a reason or alternatively an excuse to cool off our relationship. Our paths crossed here and there. We have even talked, but political ways have spread out, especially since another groups in which Peter tried hard to be were unacceptable to me. By the way, I watched Peterek's unquestionable journalistic talent be cynically used, and he himself did not seem to realize (or possibly inactive does not understand?) the game he participated in as a moving pawn.
Since we are from 1 city, and that we have participated in respective joint ventures having, as it seemed, a akin political bushel, I even pointed out to Piotr certain directions of action and how to look at political phenomena, including always public political goals of many activists, politicians and threats of cooperation with many of them. These were always specified suggestions, for I did not hold back Peter’s desire to be independent and to search my own way. Rather, it was the advice of an older colleague, who had a certain amount of cognition and more experience in political activity, and hence contacts with various kinds of political "stars". For respective years of cooperation with Piotrek, however, I besides learned about his narcissistic personality and features of the “uncareful moth”, which attracts radiance and hope of being illuminated. The moths end up on fire. Peter must draw his own conclusions due to the fact that he has grown up and is simply a theoretically mature man.
Therefore, with any embarrassment, I watched respective videos featuring Piotrek announcing his upcoming “dragon queen” duel, in the Pruszkowski circus, at the applause of the “blood” and “funu”. Piotrek has the right to be upset, but this is the consequence of his adult choices and ignoring the advice of more experienced and political colleagues.
Finally, a fewer comments on the over two-hour interview with Piotrek conducted in “Canal Zero” by a political clown and puppet playing the function of writer – Krzysztof Stanowski.
It was not the first time that Stanowski could talk about the “doopie Maryni” for hours, but there is not much to say in crucial political subjects too a well-played evidence of political correctness - designed from outside and played under the watchful eye of the overseers. The banals about the tortured Ukraine, mothers and children of Ukraine (but no longer compassion for Russian), about dictator Lukashenko, about the bloody terrorist Putin, are no longer peculiarly catchy. However, the deeper into the details, not only in Mr Stanowski's case, but there it just blows empty.
To conclude, a fewer details about Peter’s message during the interview.
First of all, he ( Piotrek) was not among the crew in 2010, nor was he the editors of the “Poles in Belarus” report. He participated in the implementation of another reportage of the WPS Production "Second Japan" (2011) studio, devoted to comparing the period of transformation in Poland and Belarus.
Secondly, in Belarus in 2011-2013, Piotrek was invited and taken at his own expense to carry out a joint broadcast in the Grodno tv studio.
Thirdly, the departure of Piotrek's parents - Barbara and Eugeniusz Korczarowskicj, to Belarus, mentioned by Piotrek in the end of Stanowski's interview, was proposed and organized by me in all details, including the anticipation of enabling Zeni Korczarowski to execute on the phase of the Dramatic Theatre in Grodno with the recitation of Polish works Mickiewicz, Slovak, Wyspiański, Asnyk, Norwid – what Piotrek's father performed was always a wonderful performance of recitative and acting art.
