The Ministry of Justice commends the draft amendment to the proceedings before the administrative courts, which will let the opinion of ‘amicus curiae’ besides to be submitted in this procedure. NGOs are skeptical about the proposal, due to the fact that the court will choose whether and from whom it wants an opinion.
