Operation "Fall Abort" launched: the Nazis request the demolition of unborn Poles!

The first is simply a draft amendment of the Criminal Code presented by Ms Maria Żukowska (I am consciously stressing her participation in specified actions). It assumes:

- the complete exclusion of the alleged abortion crime by Week 12 with the consent of a woman;

- to exclude the criminality of abortion with the consent of a female in the event of severe, irreversible impairment or incurable illness of the foetus.

The second, presented by Katarzyna Kotula (i.e.), is simply a task about "safe abortion". It assumes:

- the right to supply wellness care (sic!) in the form of abortion by the end of week 12, and in certain cases besides after that period has been exceeded;

- introducing additional rules on the clause of conscience;

- decriminalisation of abortion with the consent of a "pregnancy person" and the provision of "pregnancy person" assistance in its interruption.

Both projects were addressed on Tuesday to the opinion of the Legislative Office of the Sejm and the Bureau of Sejm Analysis.

I would like to draw your attention not only to the content of these projects, but besides to their Reason written as usual in perverse language.

Red narrators consciously avoid in their texts the word "child" for a man developing in the womb. Instead, they usage dehumanizing “ferts” and “embryos”. In doing so, they operate well with phrases about defending women's rights and protecting their health. Therefore, abortion is presented in these papers as a "health care certificate" and frequently "safe".

But that's not surprising, due to the fact that public opinion and society would not accept a civilised law to "kill a kid by week 12"...

However, what shocks and offends most is the insolence in speaking of disregard and violation of the law resulting from negligence of the erstwhile ruling team. The authors of the projects state the number of children killed by alleged pharmacological abortion or abroad (125 000!) with the active aid of Abortion Without Borders organization. I do not hide that it is different erstwhile specified statistic "debt" an activist, and what is different erstwhile it appears in an authoritative legislative document.

It shocks, and it hurts the past. due to the fact that if the Polish state and law enforcement authorities function decently (normally?), then specified people would be held accountable or at least interrogated.

Yes, they laughter in our face.

The fresh Marshal of the Sejm Simon Holovnia announced that there would no longer be a alleged freezer in the Sejm, but submitted projects will be considered as shortly as possible. It is so clear that in the coming weeks we can witness an intense discussion on this issue.
