OPEC returns to reality: lowers its oil forecast

The OPEC oil exporter cartel has lowered its forecast of an increase in global oil request this year. It's a consequence of chaos in the marketplace caused by Donald Trump's actions. It is not known what about the increase in production planned by the OPEC+ agreement since May.
