UN: Israel performs methodical displacement and genocide

UN peculiar Rapporteur for Palestine Francesca Albanese, published a reportIn which she accused Israel of a systematic run of forced displacement, construction harm and genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

According to the UN, Israel performs methodical displacement and genocide. "Resistent refusal to access UN lawyers and investigators of the global Criminal Court (ICC) constitutes obstruction of justice, contrary to the provision of the global Court of Justice (ICT) which ordered Israel to let investigators to enter the Gaza Strip and take action to safeguard evidence" – proclaims a statement.

Moreover, as Albanese noted "permanent genocide is undoubtedly a consequence of the exceptional position and the prolonged impunity that Israel has been given".

"Israel has systematically and blatantly broken global law, including the resolutions of the safety Council (UN) and the MTS regulations. This reinforced Israel's pride and opposition to global law. While the planet is watching the first live genocide, only a fair punishment can heal the wounds that political convenience has allowed" – She said.

"Systematic attacks on food sovereignty of Gaza indicate intent to destruct its population through hunger" – stated, recalling statement Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotricz of August, in which he stated that the famine of the full Gaza population was “reasonable and moral”.

The study warns that force and systematic attacks spread outside the Gaza Strip, which raises serious concerns about the hazard of genocide in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

Accordingly, Albanese called on the global community to take decisive action and take advantage of all possibilities against judaic criminals, starting with a full arms embargo and economical sanctions. She besides asked UN-focused states to formally recognise Israel as "Apartheid State and a persistent rapist of global law".
