As in erstwhile years, the recruitment process for civilians is divided into respective stages. First, candidates for specialists must apply for appointment at any military recruitment centre and papers at the peculiar Forces Training Centre (motivation letter and individual questionnaire). The selected persons will then be invited to fitness examinations. These will take place in Krakow in November. The tests will test strength, velocity and endurance. All volunteers, regardless of age and gender, gotta complete the same tasks, e.g. the protrusion of the torso in 2 minutes, moving on time at a distance of 100 m and 3000 m. They besides gotta compete at the pool and fight hand-to-hand. The best ones on the same day will receive an invitation to interview. – We will measure the motivation of candidates, their general knowledge, cognition of peculiar troops and verify the qualifications and powers of volunteers – he explains Colonel Krzysztof BalinaCommandant of the Center for Land Training. Candidates will inactive gotta undergo intellectual tests in the unit in which they would like to service in the future and medical examinations.
In March 2025, people who pass all stages of recruitment will begin nearly 8 months of training: basic and specialist. For the military oath they will learn the basics of military policy: rules, drills and rules of usage of weapons. Then, as early as specialist training, they will undergo fire training utilizing weapons utilized by commandos – HK416 carbines. The program besides includes SERE courses at level A and B, line training, chopper interaction training, topography and navigation.
