Therefore, I would like to remind you present of an extraordinary initiative.

I mean... IFTCC conference “Keep your course. Towards a holistic position of human sexuality and individual maturity in the area of counseling and pastoral care”.

Once again, we can host this event in our country. In Poland, unlike many European countries, the alleged reparative therapy is not yet banned. This is what the IFTCC (International Federation for the Election of Advice and Therapy) is all about.

The intent of the IFTCC is to support people who experience unwanted sexual attraction as well as relational and sexual behaviour or are confused about their gender. The organisation is active in training highly qualified specialists in the field of therapy and counseling, operating with the highest professional and ethical standards, but besides based on the Christian concept of man and a faith-based view of his sexuality and sexuality.

During this year's conference, which will take place on 24-26 October, participants will have the chance to perceive to speakers from around the planet who will share their cognition and experience.

There were besides large specialists from Poland, Dr Szymon Grzelak and Agnieszka Marianowicz-Szczegieł. I would like to share with you the information that I, too, will have the honour of adding a tiny brick to this valuable initiative, sharing with participants my experience of working to defend young people and families from the destructive ideological influences.

I am certain that for all gathered guests it will be a unique chance to broaden your cognition and learn fresh therapeutic and formational perspectives.

Such meetings are highly valuable and needed experience – especially since the IFTCC conferences are the only specified training event, gathering practitioners from around the world.

However, participation in the conference requires certain costs. This, unfortunately, represents a real constraint for many.

Therefore, as last year, I would like to ask you to support the participation of a group of Polish therapists, psychologists and pastoralists in this event. Due to the global nature of the conference, at least access to simultaneous translations will be necessary.

I'll repeat: It is they who, liable and trained for this kind of activity of practitioners, can be those people who will save another kid or young man from entering the dark planet of sex ideology.

It's the kind of competent, but brave specialists we need.

Therefore, I am asking you to aid me finance the participation of Polish practitioners in this conference.
