A joint message from 18 countries. What's the message?

18 countries — including Poland — issued a joint message on the tragic death of Russian politician. The Communication stresses that the work for the death of Navalny lies with the Russian authorities.

"The Kremlin crushes peaceful opposition, maintains a climate of fear and undermines the regulation of law. All to service your own interests. Reflecting on Navalny's permanent heritage, we proceed to support civilian society and human rights defenders, who are constantly working to build a better future for Russia in the face of immense individual risks," says a passage from the statement.

A firm appeal to the Russian authorities. What is it?

It was pointed out that there are over 800 political prisoners in Russia. "We make it clear that the Russian authorities must fulfil their global obligations and free all political prisoners," added.

The message was signed by representatives of 18 countries: Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, fresh Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
