The ultimate Administrative Court has repealed the decision of the court in Poznań rejecting the appeal against the fee imposed for the deficiency of compulsory 3rd organization liability insurance, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights reported. As emphasized by the Commissioner for Human Rights Marcin Wiącek, who intervened in this case, so far the courts have rejected specified complaints, uncovering that the Insurance warrant Fund "is not a public administration body".
