107 years ago, Piłsudski signed a decree that gave Polish women the right to vote. A year later, the Polish safety Printing Works was established. And it was only this year that a female sat on its board for the first time. It's a powerful symbol. And a good starting point for a conversation about what inactive blocks women from reaching the top positions and how the culture of compliance in companies is changing.
