When it seemed like everything was going in the right direction, on the night of the 6th to 7th April 1994 a plane was shot down, which was flown by Presidents Rwanda and Burundi. Juvénal Habyarimana was killed, and they blamed Tutsi for his death. A fewer months of slaughter began.
