Once again all the run teams are looking at Końskie. Is it truly possible to win elections there?

For a decade, politicians have been repeating that "elections are won in Końskie". Is that true? The author of this thesis, Grzegorz Schetyna, says present that the city has become "a symbol of presence, engagement and reaching out to voters".
