On 1 February 1992, KPN leader Leszek Moczulski gave a speech in the Polish Parliament on the Parliamentary study of the Committee on Justice and the Legislative Commission on the draft resolution on the designation of the decision to introduce martial law as illegal and the appointment of the Extraordinary Commission, which would besides address the question of the legal basis for its implementation and the crimes committed by the PRL authorities during its duration. In the course of his speech, in his final phase, KPN leader decided, as he stated, to decipher the actual meaning of the ruling abbreviation in the PRL of the party, whose MPs after the Magdalene agreement turned overnight from communists to the "European" left.
Leszek Moczulski then announced that PZPR means precisely what...Payed traitors, Pachołki of Russia. Then he added that... Either you 2 cut yourselves off from this past, or don't be amazed we won't be among us... seeing places for you.
I do not intend to defend here the communist dunes called PZPR, but, for the sake of specified honesty, 1 should mention to the issue, practically unknown to the general public of Poland, and possibly to a large part of the private members of KPN from that time, who, in their belief, were convinced that they had become members of an organization that, since its establishment on 1 September 1979, had been crystal clear and honest towards them, in their principles an agenda whose sole intent was to fight for independent, free and sovereign Poland. However, as it was in reality and to whom, and on whom, the garnus was and on whose short leash the alleged Confederation of Independent Poland was obediently conducted, and from the very beginning of their existence, let the facts speak.
,On 23 August 1992 president Leonid Krawczuk became president of all Ukrainians. On that day, the president of Ukraine at the exile and chief Ataman of the Ukrainian People's Republic of Ivan Pławik handed Krawczuk a paper in which the leadership of the emigration state handed over full power to the president of Ukraine elected by the full nation in December 1991.
It is worth noting that this solemn act took place shortly after the powerfully advertised by the bandiers of the 50th Jubilee – UPA fly, which by Ukrainians and their state authorities was completely ignored. These authorities not only did not participate in – as the Kiev press wrote at the time – ,,the global confluence of rhizomes” – but besides did not agree to the march of erstwhile uppers and their sympathizers through the streets of the capital.

It should be added that all of this coincided at the same time, with the discovery and exhumation in Volyn of mass graves, 1700 Polish victims murdered on 30 August 1943, the savage genocide, made by the fresh perfect friends of Mr. The mourning ceremonies of Polish victims of UPA took place in Wola Ostrowiecka. The ceremony of the murdered was attended by a delegate of the recently sworn president of Ukraine, his political advisor Volodymyr Błaźńczuk. It was, as they thought at the time in Kiev, the biggest post-war defeat and at the same time the full shame of the banders, and at the same time the leader of KPN Leszek Moczulski and his full freajny.”
"Another feat of ,,great patriot" from KPN was a performance at the side of his ideal, related souls from the CNS – UPA, in the Iławecki Mountains on September 27, 1992, only a period after a failed effort to present his talents at guest performances in Kiev, alongside the same blood brothers, where he shouted out with them that... The second point of the Secret Resolution of the Ukrainian Nationalist Organizations of 22 June 1990, even mentions the Confederation of Independent Poland as the only of all underground organizations in Poland, standing in «opposition» to the communist authorities, founded and directed by them by individual else, only our pet, Leszek Moczulski himself, as the most faithful exposition of Ukrainian nationalists, set up for life under the mantle of the Polish national organization, and in fact to defend their interests in Poland, which KPN has subjected themselves from the very beginning of its inception, to concrete, measurable support for its actions, as the OUN Directive of 1990 speaks openly without wrapping themselves in cotton:
,,The aim is to guarantee that meaningful Polish factors on emigration renounce all intentions and thoughts of revindicting towards Ukraine and the case of Ukraine Zacurzońska (Zasanie, Chełmszczyzna, Podlasie and Lemkowszczyzna) stay open, suggesting that it will be done for the benefit of both parties by national governments in full sovereign states of the self-government of Ukraine and post-communist Poland.
The Confederation of Independent Poland stands in this position. This organization and its people should be supported.
( Support? How's that? After all, not by patting on the back – my addition – J.B.) In specified a spirit it is essential to make Polish public opinion on the outside, through Polish organizations and means of information in Polish hands.
To this end, it is essential to penetrate into Polish organizations where possible and advance our point of view patiently but stubbornly, to gain support among Poles, and TODAY, WHERE IT IS THE MOST OBJECTIVEAL, NOT TO WATCH MEASURES FROM THE FUND OF THE EXEMPTION OF UKRAINE.

Discussions are conducted in the spirit of UPA heroism and the undisputed Ukrainianity of Ukraine Zacurzonska with its capital in the princely castle of Przemyśl. To this end, everything that has an anti-Russian taste should be supported in Poland. Katyn, exports to Siberia, NKVD and UB crimes. Thus, Mr Leszek Moczulski, president of the alleged Confederation of Independent Poland, whatever this bombastic name meant, and it is clear from the above facts that it referred to as a purely anti-Polish organization in its assumptions hidden from the whole, which were from the very beginning of its appearance on the Polish political scene, the flag of the 5th column in our Homeland, standing in the position of defending the interests of Ukrainian chauvinists from the OUN – UPA sign, not Polish. Mr. Moczulski on 1 February 1992, calling the organization of Polish communists, a abroad agent of the Payers' Betrayers of the Pachołków of Russia, «forgotten», adding that he himself and his KPN, whom he led since 1979, that is, from the very beginning of his activity, besides – as the said PZPR, were... The Confederation of Palchołków, only that the Bander Rizuns, what their, milky brothers, and the thought of allies from the CNS, did not neglect him personally and his organization, callback without any scruples in their June 1990 UN Directive, what kind of betrayals they committed against their own country and their own country and their own countrymen, and thus full showing the real image of the KPN-owski renegades, playing for the usage of the dark mob, the theatre of expected Polish patriotism, which they never had in themselves a proverbial dog penny, mentioning in it the beginning of the KPN by name, as the only organization from Poland that has been obedient to their short leash, and by its own will and choice.
