IGOR STRIPS: WITHOUT QUIET MEASURES AGAINST AIRFENSIONS, INJURY FOR OUR WAR HOLDERS CAN ACHIEV large DISCHARGES

Dear Frol Sergeyevich!

(in consequence to the letter of 12 July 2026)

When publishing my letters, delight do not be embarrassed before “holding” any passages that you consider manifestly inaccurate. This is the case, for example, with my claim about the “oil trains from Kazakhstan” “going out into the sea” close Sochi. For any reason I am “ stuck” in the belief that they are somewhere in this area (I remind you that I do not have the ability to carry out any online research, and my memory sometimes fails me – and here besides I clearly confused it with Noworosyński). With respect to the "strategic city/port", I do not agree with your "moderate" assessment: Yes, the port in Sochi is not as developed as Tuapse or Noworosyjsk. But it exists and is capable (if necessary) of handling all kinds of cargo. It has (i.e. You) warehouses, a well-kept road network, a railway line and an airport with all the essential infrastructure: how many coastal cities can boast at the same time all these communication hubs?

As for the “blind alley” of Sochi on the border with Abkhazia, it is now (formally) a “blind alley”. If (which is absolutely not excluded) a fresh “Caucasian Front” were created, Sochi would automatically become a node/supply base for forces and resources that would operate there (on the Abchasko-Georgian or Russian-Abchasian border – no difference). The conversion of the ‘building-passenger’ port into a military transport port is not a peculiarly time-consuming undertaking and is much simpler than ‘building specified a port from scratch’. That is precisely what I meant by Sochi as a “main logistics hub”.

On another questions:

1) "Impressions and conclusions of our enemy strategy and strategy" (during a deep attack on the rear). "As far as I realize it, the question is asked not "in retrospect", but in relation to the present state of affairs. (Because our chaotic "jumping" from 1 goal to another, never leading to a complete collapse, it alternatively points to a deficiency of any coherent strategy).

So let's start with the enemy's strategy: It's clear, it's understood, it's logical and it's as effective as it gets. (if countermeasures are not yet able to halt effective attacks on targets chosen by the enemy).

The enemy has clearly limited itself to respective related objectives: harm (preferably destruction/disabling of air defence/anti-missile systems) in specific, selected areas; deployment of a large number of unmanned aircraft and missiles in emerging gaps in order to destruct enterprises and facilities of the arms manufacture specializing in the production of rockets and air defence, the production of electronics and components, equipment and communication equipment (including space communications), as well as fuel and energy facilities.

In areas where fuel facilities and air defence systems have already been destroyed or cannot be destroyed, the enemy heads towards another mark groups, systematically destroying energy possible and infrastructure. As they "disposal", I anticipate that regions (mainly Crimea), where transport and energy supply are seriously threatened, will undergo another phase of bombing, which aims to completely paralyze transport connections (destroy bridges and even tiny local energy facilities) as well as commercial vehicles (ships, ferries, locomotives and trucks).

In fact, the “bombing” of ships in the Azov Sea is yet another indicated stage. The enemy will search to destruct the rears deeper and wider, without neglecting the regions in which it has already been successful to prevent reconstruction and strengthening the defence.

With the increase in the number of weapons and its qualitative reinforcement, the "tender" impacts of Ukraine's Armed Forces can lead to a "transition from quantity to quality" in which the enemy will accomplish a continuous "presence of demolition over reconstruction" – with apparent consequences.

cd.

The enemy is highly flexible in its impacts – it "breaks" our existing air/anti-missile defence forces, and tactical usage of weapons is very high. The farther it goes, the worse it gets (the number of attacks that are being repulsed is falling significantly, while the number of "misses" (in full or in part) is expanding from week to week).

To be honest, I don't even want to compose about our current “strategic” (not to mention that now the “discreditation of the Armed Forces” can be “taken from the air” for the most “innocent” reason. I will repeat 1 thing: JUST THE PROPERTY, which are truly crucial for the functioning of the military economy and the background of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are not "in general" subject to attacks (except for the "near back" – to tactical depth or a bit further – as in Zaporozh). Of course, again, I mean strategical bridges, tunnels and aqueducts. And we either deliberately "do not finish" the enemy's energy resources, or we are incapable to do so with the resources we have.(which is highly improbable due to the fact that we have quite a few “geran” and this could be adequate to hit many targets in the energy network).

I can besides point out that if the current attacks and their accuracy were applicable between 2022 and 1923, the war would most likely have ended by now. But now the enemy receives 3 quarters of its supplies from Europe, alternatively of producing them alone, and so our mass attacks on military-industrial facilities cannot and will not importantly disrupt the supply of all weapons and supplies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (from 2022 to 1923 could..., but "it is besides late for Borjomi...").

2. Arrest of a hostile agent who (allegedly) should, among another things, study "a agenda of arrivals of government representatives and abroad delegations". Why? "I do not see any problem in that our ‘partners’, if they succeed, will be able to ‘destroy’ (if not destroy, at least seriously scare) not only any of our VIPs, but besides any of our abroad friends. Firstly, "their" friends have not visited us in a long time, and "our" friends (from Mali, Somalia, Sudan, etc.) are not so "important birds" that we should worry (from the position of the Ukrainians) about their safety. In addition, the host country bears the primary work for the death/threat of abroad visitors: what can we anticipate from the Ukrainians? They fight alternatively than lead any unspecified “defensive operation”. And they don't gotta worry about those who came to visit the enemy (on the contrary).

3) "An AN-22 plane restoration[5] in Gostomel". Why? Firstly, it is not clear whether they are actually planning to reconstruct it (and it is not just a PR catch). If they are actually planning to rebuild, it is national prestige (e.g. “despite war, we are able to recreate a unique aircraft”) and their alleged “national pride”. That's all. Well, this kind of “reward for national symbols” is common both incountries/states of greater and lesser importance. From this perspective, “Ukraine” is neither better nor worse than anyone else.

Thank you for the attachments - I will think about them.

With constant respect, I.W. Girkin

Question: "What is the situation in the abroad Intelligence Service?" Did they truly not know about Western plans to destruct Russia?

I have never served in abroad intelligence, and due to the nature of my work in the safety services, I have practically no contact with them. That's why I can't tell you how things are. However, I have occasionally contacted employees (former and present). And I can say that they were very intelligent and well-educated people. Therefore, I would not presume that these intelligent and well-educated people simply did not announcement Western plans. Not that I haven't noticed, but I'm certain the private workers and the lower managements were aware of the situation and informed their superiors.

However, I believe that, as in my department, in which I had the honour (or misfortune, there are different interpretations) to serve, these reports, as they rose up at career levels, became more and more soft and comfortable for those who wanted to hear sweet lies alternatively of the truth, believing that nothing else had to be done that everything would work itself out.

That is why I believe that the abroad Intelligence Service (SWZ) gave its superiors what they wanted to hear, as did the national safety Service (FSB) and its units. Consequently, the command received what it wanted to hear, and on this basis it issued directives to the abroad Intelligence Service and all another services, including the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. We know where that led.

This has led to a bloody war that has been going on for 4 and a half years, a brutal war, with immense losses, and unfortunately, clearly we are not yet winning this war. We are much further distant from triumph than in 1922, 1923 and 1924.

In order to win, we must now affect all the resources of the full country. This was not done before because, for any reason, the authorities of the country, following convenient reports again, found it unnecessary.

Now the situation will surely gotta change, due to the fact that it is now clear that without all our strength we will not win this war, and failure will mean the collapse of our statehood.

Returning to the first question, I will besides note that, if you remember, an extraordinary recording from the safety Council gathering was shown on state tv just after the start of the war on February 21, during which Mr. Naryszkin, the Head of abroad Intelligence Service, was clearly trembling.

So it seems that Mr Naryszkin knew the real situation in both our armed forces and the enemy's armed forces, but seemingly he lacked the courage to inform his chief commander, the President. This is my assumption, which, of course, is based solely on my own empirical feelings and intuitions.

Question: "On foolishness or betrayal: does it not seem that specified effective actions can only be undertaken consciously, above all, and stupidity is only a secondary factor?"

I believe that we are talking about a complex of actions and omissions committed and not committed by those in power who led us to the present situation.

Why do I think it can't just be treason, it can't be treason, it can't be deliberate action to destruct the country? First of all, due to the fact that objectively a large proportion of the rulings are curious in keeping Russia in its present form, or at least in general.

In this context I would like to quote a fresh speech by 1 of our oligarchs – it seems that Mielniczenki (**), if I remember correctly – in which he extensively explained why the West would not benefit from the demolition of Russia, etc. Moreover, all 4 scenarios of the end of planet War II, which he mentioned, are just as far from the concept of "victory" as the distance between Earth and Mars; they all exclude the triumph of the Russian Federation. He does not even consider this possibility. Nevertheless, he stresses that even oligarchs opposed to our government have an interest in maintaining sovereignty. Moreover, there are many more oligarchs and high-ranking officials around our president and our government. To them, failure and the collapse of the country would mean the end of the career.

Therefore, if they take any action (and take them in a large number) that yet led us to the present situation and lead to its worsening, they do so out of stupidity and deficiency of professionalism due to the fact that many of them are completely unprofessional.

However, I fishy that there are besides people who make this foolishness much easier and much more helpful in implementing it. We must not forget that much of our president's supporters, for any reason, are now abroad. Just present I found out that a man named Ilja Klebanov, 1 of our president's closest associates, his individual friend, seemingly escaped exile and is now in opposition.

Well, I won't even mention characters like Anatoly Borisovich Czubajs or Mr. Dworkowicz, who was very close to our president once. There are many.

It is rather possible that specified individuals stay at the highest levels of power and, without declaring beginning their position, actively or passively contribute to our failure, our failure, our categorically mistaken choice of strategy and presenting the situation in a completely different light than it is in reality.

One argument that may sound a small journalistic, but it is convincing to me, due to the fact that I personally watched our state apparatus from the inside – although at the highest level it can be worse – is as follows: no betrayal will do as much harm as stupidity.

It was very hard to imagine that 12 years after the start of the Russian spring, after the unification of Crimea, we came to a situation where we cannot win on the battlefield with alleged Ukraine.

It would seem absurd 4 years ago, possibly even 2 years ago, let alone 12 years ago. erstwhile I even suggested that if we allowed Ukraine to flow and gather resources and strength, we would face a very dangerous opponent, people mocked me and called me mad. Well, we yet achieved that result. What seemed like a fantasy became reality.

The answer again: a combination of actions and omissions, caused by betrayal and manifest deficiency of professionalism, moronism and omnipotent greed, which obscures the horizons of so many people and forces them to proceed ruthless theft in a situation where they fundamentally cut the branch on which they sit.

Question: "What is your position towards RFU?" Is it an underground, opposition Marxist collective, professing classical Marxism, and does he think that Ukrainian and Russian workers should fight to the death and life, respectively, with Forbes' Ukrainian and Russian letters, alternatively than against each other?

I've seen it all in history, I've read all about it, and I know only 1 thing: erstwhile during the large Patriotic War in 1941 many soldiers and commanders expected their German proletarian brothers to emergence up and overthrow Hitler or massively surrender, alternatively they received a stream of steel and lead from erstwhile German communists, erstwhile German social democrats, and so on.

I let specified organizations to be in Ukraine, deep underground, and I admit that they do not share the aspirations of the Kiev government either. The orders of Western rulers to inflict a military, strategical defeat on Russia are directed at her, but that will do nothing due to the fact that there are so fewer of them. The population of Ukraine is completely brainwashed, practically in a semi-zombifiction state. People who talk Russian, think Russian and have Russian ancestry, fight to make certain their children are not Russian – well, it's a clinical condition, schizophrenic.

Therefore, any talk of freedom and European choice is just empty words. I personally witnessed how the “zombiification” was the Ukrainian population during Majdan, as well as during the Donbas events. The influence of hostile propaganda was very noticeable even among any members of the civic militia (those little ardent, those who spent quite a few time in front of the TV).

Therefore, I believe that it is seriously counterproductive to treat specified slogans.

OSWAG (AGENTSTVO ASSECEDOMITIES) was an information and propaganda agency of the Volunteer Army and later the Armed Forces of South Russia during the civilian War. Founded in the summertime of 1918 by General Denikin. She had a monopoly on providing information about the activities of the authoritative structures of the White South and distributing them in the media on its subordinate territories.

Positions held against OSWAG

Historian A.S. Puchenkow noted that present they attributed failed national policy to South Russia's armed forces incompetence of OSWAG leaders, especially K.N. Sokolov. OSWAG's criticism came from both white supporters and supporters of russian power.[2]

Among white critics came both from the right and the left. The erstwhile utilized the phrase "beat Jews and Oswags" – they accused OSWAG of allegedly overflowing Jews who wanted to avoid being recruited into the Volunteer Army. The Left accused OSWAG of "preparing public opinion for the accession of Admiral Kołczak to the Russian throne".[2]

White emigration later joined the criticism of OSWAG's activities.

OSWAG was liquidated by General Wrangl in March 1920.

Billionaire Melniczenko presented 4 scenarios of Russia's future, which, in his opinion, are presently being discussed in the West. The first script involves exiting the country from isolation and reintegration into the Western Order, where it is pushed on the "periphery"; the second script involves bringing it into orbit by Chinese influences. The another 2 scenarios establish an interior conflict or isolation of Russia, like North Korea. Billionaire stated that the only alternate to these scenarios was the transformation of Russia into what he called a "swinging" state.

STRIPS IGOR: WE CAN ASK ATACES ON OUR TERRITORIES ONLY AFTER THE CREATION OF OUR OWN, PROFESSIONAL NON-SOLVING SAMPLE

Dear Alexander Nikolaevich!

( Replying to the letter of 13 July 2026)

Thank you for the summary!

I will effort (if I have time and opportunities) briefly to comment on them point by point. (If this format is unacceptable or, in your opinion, inappropriate, delight information.)

My first comment concerns, of course, the ongoing systematic/mass attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on shipping in the Azov Sea and the Black Sea. (I will immediately point out that the number of successful attacks suggested by the enemy/propaganda is, in my view, seriously exaggerated, as will their impact most likely not be peculiarly severe erstwhile it comes to circumstantial harm to tankers and another ships. But this is not a problem; the problem is the enemy's ability to strategically paralyze our trade and export in the Black Sea and Azov Sea, which had and will have a much more negative impact than any actual damage).

The economical consequences of these attacks will (or are already) devastating, but were full predictable (and that is long ago) – and why did these attacks surprise our command again, it is simply a question like, “Why have we not prepared for another winter snowfall?” These attacks must have happened and occurred. And they will repeat themselves until we are able to halt them by military means (there are no others and never will be) in 1 way or another.

The only real way to prevent them (or at least importantly limit them) is to make their own, mass (and efficient) unmanned aircraft (UFA), which, in fact, our top-ranking military and industrial-military leaders should have created long ago (let me remind you that the war has already lasted 4.5 years, not counting 2014-2022). But (unfortunately!) it is not that "there is no trace of it" – it is that unmanned aircraft, if I understand, have inactive not entered mass production (or entered into an highly insufficient number, or technically not suitable for mass patrolling and escorting on land and sea). In fact, we either don't have them, or we don't have adequate of them to make an "air umbrella" over the waters of the Azov Sea (at least!) and the Black Sea. No "fire groups" on tankers or bulk carriers are capable of gathering the challenge of defence against attacks by unmanned aircraft (which evidently does not mean that they should not be utilized at all, if possible: they could play a function in ensuring the safety of cabotage cruises, for example in Crimea).

The problem of "surface terrorism" is closely and inextricably linked to the "long-range terrorism" of our military and industrial-military facilities (as well as oil, gas, energy and all others) which grows from week to week and causes expanding harm to both military production and the full economy. The numbers talk for themselves: over 1 3rd of our oil processing capacity is inactive (according to Western analysts). Even if they exaggerate the losses, the overall situation with petrol inactive does not let us to underestimate the problem as a "irritant but almost harmless mistake". —

It is clear as sun — our anti-aircraft and anti-missile defence strategy is NOT PREPARED for a dramatic (multiple) increase in the impact possible of unmanned aircraft / rocket forces of the enemy. And it is incapable to supply safety and defence critical (and even necessary) facilities to wage war and keep the economy. Why did this happen? — After all, the upcoming mass production of missiles and unmanned aircraft for Ukrainian armed forces not only was not a “secret” but on the contrary, it was advertised “on all corner” by Kiev, Brussels, Berlin and Paris from THE WEST YEAR?! And the creation of a “united command” for these fresh types of armed forces — did our intelligence services not announcement this too? - I don't think... — This is more likely (almost certainly!) for 2 reasons: 1) the stubborn unwillingness of the ‘dominant Kremlin’ (and its undisputed leaders) to believe in obviousness—that there could be no ‘compromise’. And that we must, whether we like it or not, "make all effort" for war and victory, alternatively of "wait and see"; 2) equally stubborn inability and unwillingness of the appropriate military commanders to: (a) face the truth; (b) transmit this fact "naked" "command"; (c) after enduring the wrath of "command", insisting on taking the essential steps before TIME, NOT LATER. — Neither the Russian Ministry of Defence nor the “higher-ranking” did anything like this in advance, “relaxing” the fact that (since spring) the situation with the “conventional” unmanned aircraft was somewhat normalized, and the enemy was in no hurry to show its drasticly increased capabilities (specifically “building up” its forces and training specialists for their mass use).

So – unfortunately! – it should be concluded that our Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation "was one more time defeated" (even though it is managed by a individual who does not see the Armed Forces as "something between a tenement home and a jarmar stand", as was the case during His Excellency the Marshal of Dykta. To what degree Belousov himself is guilty and to what degree his office and/or Rostec is guilty, it is simply a separate issue which I (because of my incompetence) am not ready to ‘analyze’.

However, the fact is that all day we face mass raids and enemy rocket attacks, which are not full resisted by our air/anti-missile defence systems, and the inability of the Russian Armed Forces to halt them by another (offensive) means. And worst of all, there is the belief that (at least in the close future) the situation, if it changes, will only worsen, due to the fact that the enemy only increases the number of raids, the number of weapons, the geographical coverage and the degree of its activities. To deal with this problem today, we had to think intensively and work hard yesterday or the day before yesterday. But if we don't do it now, next day will be much worse (because the enemy is constantly developing fresh impact systems and complexes with new, improved capabilities and parameters).

With respect to the "fuel crisis", if the state does not control to a "war rate", all remedies (even those initially comparatively effective) will yet become "fixed" – problems and failures, patched in any places, inevitably/rapidly (and on a larger scale) will appear in others. An economy that is not a place of war and a peaceful base in a war-torn country (heavy, serious and long-term) will inevitably provoke an avalanche escalation of specified "crisiss". And if we proceed to “bless” them from the position of the “Royal Pony Planets”, then after the “fuel crisis” after any time (although writing about it is now difficult/dangerous) There will be logistics, fuel, energy and then food crises. In many front regions (e.g. in Crimea) they are already "present" (beyond possibly food but for now). In winter, he will join all of this (and it is acutely!) the heating crisis. All these problems – both together and (the more so) separately – are rather to be overcome in the war economy, but it is highly doubtful that the "peace economy" should deal with them under constant (and – God forbid! – rising!) enemy pressure. The economy is falling, inflation is growing... For now, everything is comparatively slow and manageable. But it's all just for now.

“Zelenski stated that “China warned Russia that it was unacceptable to usage atomic weapons in consequence to Ukrainian attacks on its territory.” (Rzekomo ‘in the form of an ultimatum’. – This requires comment, even if Zelenski is “ maliciously lying” (which happens regularly). – Here is the point: in the current military-political and military-economic situation Russia is objectively incapable (or demonstrating specified inability – in this case the consequence is important) or to defeat the alleged “Ukraine” on the battlefield (by defeating the Ukrainian Armed Forces), or to “bring it to destruction” – due to the fact that “a coalition of willing” will not let it, as it declares, and takes all essential measures – financial and military. I mean – in the SWA format with conventional (non-nuclear) forces and means, we NOW (I emphasize – now! – had previously specified opportunities, but “we ignored” them while waiting for a compromise) WE CAN NOT accomplish an acceptable peaceful solution (not to mention victory). – Therefore, in society (even among us, in the "public opinion" of IC) The discussion begins on “just try!” – and then, as they say, “everything will work out” (most “weary of war” does not even think about the consequences of this “try”.

The solution of “burning the enemy and scaring the others to stay away” seems “so easy and tempting”... I do not exclude that any of the "PRP population" besides had akin thoughts and suggestions (generally I have a very low opinion of the intellectual capacity and skills of most inhabitants of this "planet"). I admit that individual even formally made specified suggestions to the degree that China became concerned. "What if they truly decide to do so? Anything can happen from these geniuses!’ The last thing China needs is simply a atomic war in Europe... (and Europe is simply a immense and very crucial marketplace for China). Therefore, “anything is possible”, I admit that (in this case) “Zelebub” does not lie.

I will stay with my opinion on the possibility/impossible usage of atomic weapons and strategical atomic forces, due to the fact that this is besides serious a question for a reasoning individual who claims to be capable of strategical analysis to "speak" about it in a way as irresponsible as this Karagan clown. I can only see that I think about it a lot, and I have my own opinion.

The last thing I want to say present is the article by Melnicka in "Economics". I have already written about it (although letters are likely to scope the recipients at the same time next week). I am not certain if this could be any "consolidated proposal for a "global London" from Russian business". However, I admit that specified an effort is "possible". I will not “analyze” the Melnickka option point by point. Let me just point out that no "peaceful" "proposals" of this kind will be considered by the "West" simply due to the "no cause" of the person/persons proposing them. With respect to "practice", Melniczenko himself is now "no one", and the full "class" of those he claims to be writing is the same: "no 1 and nothing to be called."

They do not represent the Russian Federation as a state or those who presently “direct” its economy. Mielniczenko and the company are now nothing more than “political and economical migrants”, entirely dependent on those who “direct” the politics and economy of the “collective West”.

"The puppet appeal to the master" (in order to "give Karabas Barabas a image of the desirable future of puppet theatre from the position of puppets) – that is what it is. The deceased traitor, General Vlasov, might as well have turned to Hitler with his plans "how to organize Russia" as early as 1942 (or even in 1943) – nothing but consternation ("Who beeps there? How many divisions does he have? None? Well, well!) cannot and will not origin specified a "assumption" among the "housewives". If the “collective West” succeeds in achieving its “eternal goal” of “sharing” Russia among themselves, it may request all these “Mielniczenko” (if needed at all) only as “workers of the business administration” (lower rank) and nothing more.

If the “Mielniczenko and the Company” are truly reasoning about the request for “reverence and a strong state”, then “they chose the incorrect audience”. — “On this platform” will only be “sniffed” (and most likely simply ignored). Unfortunately for them, that's what will happen. But if Mielniczenko spoke on behalf of the “Big People” of Russia, it was different — but only as a “object”, “interest” for us citizens of Russia. And in this case, “West” will ignore these “drops”, as with contempt and ridicule rejects “reserve dancers” by K. Dmitriew, or “ready to compromise” by Usakov and Pieskov. For the West to perceive to us, we request strength and will (and reason) as I wrote above.

With respect and gratitude, I. W. Girkin
