The territory Court in Warsaw dismissed the suit of left-wing activist Konrad Dulkowski against erstwhile president Andrzej Duda in connection with his statements on the movie "Green Border", by the judaic female Agnieszka Holland.
OMZRiK lost to Andrzej Duda in court. In September 2023, then president Andrzej Duda in an interview with TVP Info, commented on Holland's scandalous movie "Green Border", This movie insulted Polish soldiers, entering the propaganda communicative of the criminal Putin regime, talking about alleged torture by Poles of Belarusian agents, pretending to be alleged "war refugees". Unfortunately, there were people with Polish citizenship who supported the promotion of this film.
The president utilized a comparison to the well-known business phrase: "Only pigs sit in a cinema" to the sympathizers. Konrad Dulkowski, president of the alleged "Collection Centre for Racist and Xenophobic Behavioral Behaviour", as a well-known court moneymaker, sensed in this the anticipation of gaining serious earnings and fame in the trial with the president himself. He decided to sue him by presenting his words for attacking himself. He claimed to have watched this proputin film, so the President's words about "pigs" personally hurt him.
Acting with a well-known scheme, he immediately set up a fundraiser for judicial action in this area. Although this kind of case does not cost more than respective 1000 zlotys, the collection, founded on the portal dropka.pl, was worth astronomical sum of 39 1000 zlotys. To this day (07.11.2025) Dulkowski managed to collect almost PLN 29 1000 from the quoted amount. The link to the collection is available. Naive leftists have thus proved very generous.
– It's not just 1 sentence. This case concerns whether a circumstantial citizen in Poland has the right to anticipate respect from those who exercise power on his behalf said Dulkowski at his first gathering on the matter. He demanded that Duda print an apology, as well as a charge of PLN 500 to the Survivor Foundation. He besides wanted Duda to bear the costs of the trial.
As Onet stated yesterday, the territory Court in Warsaw dismissed the suit and ordered the plaintiff to pay the costs of the trial in the amount of PLN 750. – First of all, it is impossible to pretend that the message of president Andrzej Duda in a noticeable way referred to the plaintiff Konrad Dulkowski. This is due to the deficiency of an individualising link between the plaintiff and the defamatory statement, according to the plaintiff, – explained the justice leading the case.
Agnieszka Holland's movie "Green Border" premiered in 2023. In Poland, he was criticized for demonizing the border guards and the Polish Army, according to the propaganda of the criminal regimes of Lukashenko and Putin. Outside the borders, he unfortunately won designation by receiving a prize at the Venice Festival from a left-wing jury, having no cognition of the real situation on the border with Belarus.
Despite losing in this case, Dulkowski can be arrogant of himself. Reminiscing the disgusting film, he one more time conquered the proputin communicative about alleged crimes of Polish officers against archaesian diversions and made fame in suing the president himself, at least until the case was over. He besides raised a serious amount of money for his alleged trial costs. This is how the OMZRIK group operates, attacking various well-known figures from the right side of the political scene.
Earlier, the OMZRiK challenged the moneymakers of those of Poles who helped the services identify Belarusian divers who managed to penetrate the border dams.
Interestingly, just after the judgment, all entries about the case with Duda disappeared from the OMZRiK profiles, calling for payments to her (the drop itself is inactive hanging, however, with the hope that there will be another naive 1 who can be deceived that the case is inactive ongoing). Dulkowski and his partner – a criminal hiding in Norway Rafał Gawel, although they are eagerly discussing the course of the trials with their participation, did not approve of this defeat. As they compose in almost all post, their actions are "effective". They don't want to violate this just right narrative.
In our opinion, although the Court dismissed Dulkowski's action for Duda's calling him a pig, the word could have been right, but not necessarily in the context of the audience of the movie "Green Border". It is not known from now on that the OMZRIK's course of action is indeed "swine", which is reflected in many judgments of the courts. We wrote about it, for example. Here. What is more, it happened by accident that Dulkowski's companion – the criminal Rafał Gawel, among a large group of net users is referred to as "knur". As you know, the “pig” from “the boar” is not far away.
Let us besides not forget that Dulkowski and Gaweł are being prosecuted again for financial crimes. The prosecutor's case in which they are suspects has been going on for 9 years in the territory Attorney's Office in Białystok (PO II Ds.5.2016). Unfortunately, it is suspended all the time due to the fact that Gaweł, although so eagerly performs as a victim and witness in various trials of Polish patriots, refuses to attest to his case.
