Omnibus Directive. What changes? erstwhile does it come into effect?

In connection with its membership in the European Union, Poland is obliged to implement the directives of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union into the Polish legal order. However, not always the Polish legislature adequately fulfils the obligations imposed on it by the European Union. As of 28 May 2022, the deadline for the adoption and publication of provisions implementing Directive (EU) 2019/2161 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019, the alleged (Omnibus Directive) into Polish regulations expired.
