Omnibus Directive. How are the fresh rules for publishing reviews affecting online businesses?

Have you heard of the Omnibus Directive? most likely yes - the regulation at the EU level was adopted on January 7, 2020 and should be implemented by May 28, 2022. Many of its provisions have a crucial impact on the conduct of businesses offering products or services to consumers. No wonder that the directive has been talked about a lot and for a long time. In the end, however, the draft law introducing the provisions of the directive into the Polish legal order was submitted to the Sejm and there is simply a chance that the fresh regulations will be passed by the end of the year.
