The court of appeal only considered the appeal of the defence attorney, ignoring the individual appeal of the accused convicted of misappropriation, warns the deputy of the Commissioner for Human Rights, Stanisław Trociuk. He filed a cassation appeal to the ultimate Court, indicating a serious violation of the right to a fair trial and demanding a retrial of the case.
