Oligarchs - European Union: 0-5. No sanctions will be removed

A major legal triumph by Brussels over oligarchs. The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg (TEU) issued an opinion in which it considered it lawful to frost assets and prohibit the issuance of visas to 5 oligarchs from the court of Kremel. The opinion will besides close the way for another Russian rich people to effort to abolish sanctions.
