“Old” referendaries will be given more time to be promoted to judge

Since May 2017, referendaries have been able to apply for promotion to the office of judge, but only for 7 years. Their statutory word expired in June this year. "The terms for them will be restored," says Dariusz Mazur, deputy minister of justice.
