“Old” referendars will get more time for promotion to judge

As of May 2017, referendars were allowed to apply for promotion to the office of judge, but only for 7 years. Their statutory time passed in June this year. “The deadlines will be restored for them,” says Dariusz Mazur, Deputy Minister of Justice.
