Submarine ships for Poland: MON selects supplier, but without scoring and transparency

Six bidders wishing to supply Poland with submarines have 3 more weeks to send answers to MON questions. The answers are not scored, which gives greater area for manoeuvre to politicians. The decision on who we buy Orka from is due in November.
