The Council of Ministers decided on Wednesday to choice a Swedish offer, accepting recommendations from the squad established in mid-September. The fresh ship, A26, is scheduled to be delivered in 2030; from 2027 Polish sailors will be trained on a bridge ship. Swedish diplomats expressed assurance that transportation dates would be met. The agreement is besides intended to cover industrial cooperation, including Swedish purchases of Polish equipment for the military. The Swedes have declared an order for a lifeguard ship.
