On Thursday, the Presidential Palace began dismantling 1 of the most recognizable symbols of the Polish systemic transformation. The circular Table, where power talks with the opposition were held in 1989, leaves typical interiors and will be transferred to the Museum of Polish History.
Information about the beginning of the works was provided by the President's Office on X, publishing a recording of the dismantling of the furniture. "The process of transferring the circular Table to the Museum of past of Poland began at the Presidential Palace" – we read.

As he adds, the exhibition will become 1 of the key elements of the prepared permanent exhibition, and work on it has late importantly accelerated. Doubts about whether a museum is suitable for specified an crucial symbol are unfounded in his opinion.
