According to representatives of Donald Trump's administration, by ending the war in Ukraine, Washington wants to make more global shuffle. 1 of the changes would be to effort to break up Russia's alliance with China and attract Moscow. This action is called "inverted Nixon", but experts believe that Russia will only tempt the U.S. to get the largest possible concessions.
