Response to Kim Jong Un's soldiers. Seoul will send troops to Ukraine?

The reason is, as the National Intelligence Service (NIS) forecast, crucial support by the Russian Federation in the Putin War by the Kim Jong Un regime. He sent even 4 brigades to fight against the Ukrainians, including 1,500 peculiar forces soldiers.
