The prosecution has launched an investigation into the case, investigating the circumstances surrounding the installation of these devices.

Computers designed to dig cryptocurrency are characterized by advanced electricity consumption. The judge, responding to inquiries, reported that the Chief Administrative Court had notified police officers of the installation of equipment in the court's infrastructure. The police took appropriate action, dismantled and secured the electronic equipment found. The territory Prosecutor's Office of Warsaw Śródmieście – North is presently investigating the theft of electricity, but no 1 has been charged.
