Mr Mieczysław has been surviving in a burrow for 15 years. He dug a landlady over the Vistula River in the heart of Warsaw. At minus 15 in the hole, it heats up with a fire, says it's warmer down there, but it's besides dangerous. Did the man get an offer to help, or did he agree to accept it?
