As of 1 July, ZUS accepts applications. 300 PLN per kid can be given to any parent regardless of income

The school year is almost over. Nevertheless, many people are already starting to think about the next one. It's hard to be surprised, an expedition for a student costs quite a few money. Fortunately, all parent can apply for support of PLN 300 for this purpose.
On Tuesday, July 1, 2025 ZUS will launch the recruitment of applications for benefits 300 plus under the Good Start program. It amounts to PLN 300 and belongs to all student aged between 7 and 20 years (24 in the case of a disability ruling). Today, children and youths must meet 1 more condition.

300 PLN under the Good Start Program? Yeah, but a student has to meet 1 condition.
300 plus is income independent, but it's crucial that the school that the kid attends. Since 1 June 2025 it is essential to fulfil the work to survey in the Polish institution - primary or secondary school. This besides applies to adult pupils specified as:

arts schools in which the compulsory schooling or education is carried out,
youth centres of sociotherapy,
special educational centres,
special educational centres,
Revalidation and education centres.


However, there are 2 exceptions. Benefits of 300 plus will not be received by toddlers attending zeros (even school) and kindergartens, as well as students. All due to the fact that under Polish law specified institutions are not schools, so their subjects do not deserve money to buy expeditions.


There's a strict deadline on the application for 300 plus. You gotta remember that.
We mentioned above that applications for 300 plus can be submitted from 1 July but not later than 30 November. After that date, only the parents of children over the age of 20 may complete the formalities, who will receive a disability ruling after 30 November. It must besides be borne in head that applications for 300 plus can only be submitted electronically in 1 of the following ways:

through the Electronic Services Platform (PUE) ZUS,
on the portal Emp@tia.
through electronic banking,
in the mZUS application.
