A safety defender alternatively of a cop? Estonian MSW seeks a "recept" for staff shortages

The Estonian Interior Ministry has a problem. Personnel shortages and insufficient resources in the Police – according to Deputy Secretary General for interior safety Joosep Kaasika – may lead to the request to engage in maintaining the public order of private safety companies.
