TK planting. Is it the law or just politics?

Will they bring the judges into the TK or not? Will he take his promise or not? There is simply a crackdown on politicians, in which the weapons are more or little selectively cited arguments of lawyers. And it looks like it's not so much about the judges and the Court, it's about this craziness.
