Civil defence without money, but "workout is possible"

This year's budget bill does not plan civilian defence spending. However, as the deputy chief of the Ministry of abroad Affairs Wiesław Leśniakiewicz points out, in consequence to the parliamentary interpelling – in the opinion of the Ministry of abroad Affairs – “the implementation of civilian defence tasks is possible” and measures “should be secured by the directors in various budgetary parts”.
