The emergency position was lowered to BRAVO-CRP. What does that mean?

According to the Government safety Centre, the president of the Council of Ministers Donald Tusk signed orders that introduced emergency stages: the second degree of BRAVO, the second degree of BRAVO-CRP (concerning cyberspace)** and the second degree of BRAVO towards Polish energy infrastructure (located outside the borders of the Republic of Poland).
