President Zbigniew Bogucki, head of the Chancellery of President, informed that the president did not consider Thursday's vows of the Constitutional Court judges to be valid under the law. In the opinion of the head of state, the Constitution was violated as the procedure was carried out without his participation. The Presidential Palace announced that the substance should be referred to the Constitutional Court, considering that the events in the Sejm require a clear legal assessment.
