"New York Times" writes what Vladimir Putin wants to talk to Donald Trump about. According to the U.S. Journal, the Russian president intends to link many topics in talks with the US, including arms control, to get concessions on Ukraine. The erstwhile administration disagreed, but Trump is to be open to negotiations.
