With difference in BDOT10k data packs

The Central Office of Geodesy and Cartography explained to us why there was a discrepancy in the BDOT10k data packages, about which we wrote on Geoforum.pl on 28 January this year. Let us remind that this discrepancy was detected by Dr. Waldemar Izdebski on the occasion of the release of BDOT10k data from 21 January.
