The year 2020 and the carnival that took place that spring and summer, not only in America, reminded all erstwhile ones. He reminded me, and at the same time he was different from them. Yes, everything turned upside down: the pandemic came first, then the execution on George Floyd, then the protests on the streets of American cities. The second proclaimed the slogans of anti-racism and so was many another metropolises in the world, and sometimes (the case of Poland) took local color.
