About Education - Part II

Yesterday I wrote that school should teach logical thinking. This is an absolute priority, but there is besides a second issue, especially crucial in Poland.

The another thing is the ability to act in a group. Almost all projects require cooperation with others. Unfortunately, we can't do that.

Just perceive to the discussion at the organization meeting, at the board meeting, at the parents meeting, or at the housing committee meeting. People talk nonsense without referring to anything else.

I know the Institute which is 1 of the best in Poland. They deal with 50 different subjects. There are 2 to 10 people for each subject. Unfortunately, the minimum number of people on the subject is 50. Unfortunately, even people with very advanced IQs can't organize themselves so that investigation makes more sense.

Therefore, cooperation skills request to be learned from kindergarten. There are no janitors in Japan - schools clean up the students themselves and it must be well organized so that no 1 feels harmed that, for example, he washes toilets alternatively than a gym.

Once in the Netherlands, I could watch the construction of a playground for 8-9 years. They saw, drilled holes, painted, worn boards, screwed- everybody knew what to do and how to do. Before the building itself, the children and the teacher long planned what the playground would look like.

There are many ideas for acquiring cooperation skills. Physics, Polish language, geography, biology, plastics, music - each of these subjects is dreamt of doing something together. And my favourite football!!!

By clicking on smartphones, we will never learn cooperation that requires not only logical thinking, not only good organization and division of responsibilities, but besides knowing another people. Cooperation requires that we learn the qualities and disadvantages of each associate so that we can empathize with individual who is sick or in problem at home.
