On the ripening of decisions, work and awareness in business

More and more often, I feel that the discussion about ESG is no longer about indicators, tables or reports themselves. It refers to the language we describe reality, and the level of awareness we make decisions from. ESG becomes not so much a tool as a mirror. It shows how we think about responsibility, how we realize influence and how we specify success in a planet that has ceased to be unchangeable and predictable. The year 2026 clearly reveals it. We are increasingly asking if the ESC is valid. We are increasingly wondering what it truly does change the way it manages, leadership, and reasoning about the future.
