‘... Our diplomatic services around the planet can and MUST initiate the formation of various fresh associations, organizations and clubs in Polish communities around the planet to DEINTEGRATE these organizations that exist.

Only recently created with our aid and with OUR cooperation organizations, associations or clubs will support NAS.

These old polonian organizations under these orders as they are now, they will never cooperate with NAMI.

USI people abroad from now on have the task to dig deeper than erstwhile INFLIRTRLE existing executives of these old Polish organizations at all levels, and especially at central levels.

Our diplomatic services, together with our people, must supply OPERATING opportunities to respond to these old organizations, make their activities and guide their policies to support us.

These old organizations must be surgically evaluated by us, and if they do not succeed, we ARE BANKING them ...”
