The atomic defence of Japan. There's a U.S. Declaration

An Extended Deterrence dialog gathering was held in Washington. The brothers were co-chaired by representatives of the State Department and the U.S. Ministry of Defence, while nipponese officials from the Ministry of abroad Affairs of Japan and the Ministry of Defence of Japan represented the nipponese side. The talks were besides attended by representatives of the combined staff of both states, the U.S. strategical Command and the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.
