With hundreds of diplomats unprotected for their spies, Russian intelligence services are looking for unconventional ways to wage a hybrid war against Western countries. There have been reports of criminals hired to sabotage, spy on military installations and deliver arms to Ukraine. Now a fresh trend has emerged, as Reuters' agency reports: Moscow is increasingly recruiting teenagers and complete novices for intelligence activities.
