New Constitutional Court Judge: TEU judgement does not legalise neojudges

The judgement of the EU Court of Justice does not change much. It does not legalize alleged neo-Judges, nor heal their defective status. He confirms that we have an unresolved systemic problem - he comments in an interview with Krystian Markiewicz, the recently elected justice of the Constitutional Court.
