Great emotions and sports competition accompanied the 5th global Volleyball Tournament The late prof. Lech Kaczyński, president of the Republic of Poland, organized by the Judicial Polish paper Club, STS Sandecja, Association of Integration Club.
The competition was opened and presented by the club's president and manager of the Faculty of Culture and athletics Tomasz Baliczek, president of Sławomir Wojta and editor of the Sądecki Yearbook Jarosław Jakubowski.
The honorary patronage of the Tournament was taken by president of Nowy Sącz Ludomir Handzel and manager of the Małopolska Road Traffic Centre Marek Pławiak.
The competition was supported financially and in fact by Gosdrob Family, Nowy Sącz City Office, Małopolska Province, MORD.
More than 200 players took part in the competition, which besides participated in the competition for cognition about president Lech Kaczyński, awarded with additional gifts.
