On 15 December, president Petr Pavel appointed the government of Andrei Babiš elected in elections to the home of Members on 3–4 October (see Parliamentary elections in the Czech Republic: Babiš' triumph). The ANO oligarchy organization is the largest and most average force of the fresh three-party ruling coalition, with 108 seats in the 200-man lower parliament. Obtaining a vote of assurance by the Cabinet should be a formality and is expected in mid-January.
