New president of Senegal, France's concerns and an chance for Russia

The fresh president has been congratulated all over the world. First of all, the Chinese ones deserve attention due to the fact that they were much more exfoliating than usual. Beijing wants to cooperate with Dakar due to the fact that it sees immense investment possible in this West African country. On the another side of the pole was France, where immediate concerns about Dakar's future policy towards Paris were born. Already after the first speeches it was apparent that B. Faye was not going to fear president E. Macron, and French troops could shortly importantly reduce their presence in the country or even leave it. Not only China and Russia are waiting in line to replace France, but besides Italy, Spain, India, Australia and, of course, the countries of the Arabian Peninsula. We can surely talk about changes in Senegal's abroad policy.
